Es z\u00e4hlt zu den <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Phytoalexine\">Phytoalexinen<\/a> mit <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Antioxidans\">antioxidativen<\/a> Eigenschaften. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resveratrol findet sich in einer Anzahl von Pflanzen und pflanzlichen Lebensmitteln, vor allem in Weintrauben, Himbeeren, Maulbeeren, Pflaumen und wurde in mindestens 72 Pflanzenarten gefunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wirkung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/In_vitro\">In-vitro<\/a><\/em>-Studien haben Hinweise auf eine m\u00f6gliche Wirksamkeit gegen <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Krebs_(Medizin)\">Krebszellen<\/a> erbracht. Andere <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Klinische_Studie\">Studien<\/a> haben denkbare positive Effekte der Substanz bei Krankheiten wie <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arteriosklerose\">Arteriosklerose<\/a>, Herzkrankheiten, auf Proteine, die mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alzheimer-Krankheit\">Alzheimer-Krankheit<\/a><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Resveratrol#cite_note-34\">[34]<\/a><\/sup> in Verbindung gebracht werden, bei <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arthritis\">Arthritis<\/a> und manchen <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Autoimmunkrankheit\">Autoimmunkrankheiten<\/a> zeigen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neurologische Studien<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Resveratrol wird derzeit auf sein Potenzial hin untersucht, Folgesch\u00e4den nach <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Isch%C3%A4mie\">Isch\u00e4mie<\/a> zu begrenzen, wie <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Schlaganfall\">Schlaganfall<\/a> oder akutes <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hirntrauma\">Hirntrauma<\/a>, und seine m\u00f6gliche Auswirkung auf die <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kognition\">Kognition<\/a>.<sup> <\/sup>Die Aktivierung von NF-\u03baB spielt auch im Krankheitsverlauf der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Multiple_Sklerose\">Multiplen Sklerose<\/a> eine Rolle. NF-\u03baB-Inhibitoren k\u00f6nnten deshalb auch hier in Zukunft eine therapeutische Option darstellen. Resveratrol k\u00f6nnte eine <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Neuroprotektion\">neuroprotektive<\/a> Wirkung beim <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Glaukom\">Glaukom<\/a> haben. Ein erh\u00f6hter Augeninnendruck erh\u00f6ht den oxidativen Stress an der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Netzhaut\">Netzhaut<\/a> und Trabekelmaschenwerk. Dieser f\u00fchrt zu erh\u00f6hten Entz\u00fcndungsmarkern und zur schnelleren Zellalterung durch oxidative Spezies wie Lipofuscin in den Zellen des <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Trabekel\">Trabekelmaschenwerkes<\/a> und des Sehnerves. Resveratrol verringert die Expression dieser Stoffe und wirkt daher antioxidativ und antiapoptotisch im Trabekelmaschenwerk und in den Neuronen des Sehnerves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nebenwirkungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer klinischen Studie zur Alzheimer-Krankheit und Resveratrol waren die h\u00e4ufigsten <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Unerw%C3%BCnschte_Arzneimittelwirkung\">Nebenwirkungen<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Durchfall\">Durchfall<\/a>, Gewichtsverlust und <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%9Cbelkeit\">\u00dcbelkeit<\/a>. In einer Studie zu Blutdruck und Resveratrol wurde eine verst\u00e4rkte <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Darmperistaltik\">Darmperistaltik<\/a> und weicher Stuhl beschrieben, sowie bei einer Person ein juckender Ausschlag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Handel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mittlerweile kann man Resveratrol-<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pr%C3%A4parat\">Pr\u00e4parate<\/a> aus den <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/USA\">USA<\/a> als <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Nahrungserg%C3%A4nzungsmittel\">Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel<\/a> im freien Verkauf erwerben.
